This is a bed and breakfast. Any additional time over 2 hours MUST be reserved in advance

Additional deposit of $50 is required. Each additional half hour is $50

Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises

No birdseed allowed

No loud, offensive or inappropiate music allowed

Bubbles must be outside the house

You are welcome to bring your own photographer and video camera

The staircase can be used for picture taking and the ceremony only

This is a bed and breakfast. If you need an extra room for dressing you will have to rent it

You are welcome to bring just enough champagne to make your wedding toast. Otherwise alcoholic beverages are not permitted

Wedding guests are not permitted upstairs or any rooms not reserved for the wedding

Smoking permitted in designated outside areas only
