Credit card information is required at time of reservation. If your plans change, please advise us as soon as possible. Thank you!
CANCELLATION:If advance payment is received cancellation notice must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to a reservation. If advance payment is made, payment less cancellation fee will be refunded.
If advance payment is made and cancellation is made less than fourteen days, and we can re-rent the room/s then a refund will apply less the cancellation fee. If we can not re-rent the room/s no refund will apply.
Cancellation Fee $10
Room rates are based on double occupancy
Extra person $20 per night + state and local tax
Room rates include breakfast
Breakfast is served in dining room at 8:30 AM
Reservation confirmations will be mailed or emailed
We prefer cash and honor Visa and Mastercard debit or credit
Check payments must be made for the full amount of the reservation fourteen days prior to arrival. **NO EXCEPTIONS**
Check-in time 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Central time
Check-out time by 10:30 AM Central time
